There are 30 total slots available for this event. we will have both a small-group structure with no more than 10 people at rotating stations as well as group time for networking.
attendees
This event is intended for intermediate to experienced photographers. If you are a beginner, please join our email list for info on beginner-friendly and mentor-focused opportunities.
investment
non-early bird tickets cost $1,250.00 each. you will pay in 3 equal payments including a non-refundable retainer at booking, and 2 payments prior to the event on April 5 and June 5 2026.
accommodations
There is on-site parking at the venue, as well as access to restrooms in the main venue. we will have light refreshments and water available, but recommend bringing extra food if desired.
weather & attire
the majority of this event is planned to be outdoors. please wear shoes you can comfortably walk on grass in. Alabama will most likely be hot in august, so please dress for humidity.
cancellations
tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. this event is rain or shine. in the event of rain we will move some of the installations into venue structures on the property.
